Please be aware on your first appointment a consultation is required. This should not take more than 15 minutes. The therapist will add this time to the duration of the treatment. Once you have chosen your treatment. Please Contact Us, and we will be more than happy to book your appointment.

We accept payment in the form of cash (excluding £50 notes) and all major charge and credit cards (American Express Excluded.) Please note: cheque’s are no longer accepted.

A deposit of 50% is needed when booking appointments of 2 hours or more.
All new clients are required to pay 50% upfront on all bookings.
Group treatments are non-transferable and are valid for 6 months.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a matter of courtesy, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Treatments of 2 hours of more require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may incur a cost of up to 50% of the treatment cost. If the treatment time can be filled no cost will be incurred by you.
